Hello Friends,
Here you go! Another template on the very famous niche - US Home Loans. Hope this template gets the same superb response as you have given to the last one! We are really happy on the response from the last one. This template has a bit of more Web 2.0 Effect Template. Ofcourse the title could have been much more web 2.0 but I wanted to leave that to you since titles are going to be changed in any case. I have attached below screenshots of some of the effects of the template. Some hover design elements are covered in these.

We have also created a screencast for you to see the installation process. The installation did not give us any trouble, but you never know. If anything goes wrong, just comment it here! Check out the video on the installation here!

Make the left and right modules collapsible so the content fills in their empty space and add drop down menus. Then it is perfection!!

any updates on the two above requests lately? These would realy make the template perfect, especially if content could fill out to the left of right, if no module is added.

We have the dropdown version ready to go, but working on the second part, the expandability. It should be ready soon. Sorry for the delay! Hope you get these things up soon.
